As a sole trader, I work with freelancers, sole traders and small businesses to offer a variety of services on either an ad hoc or contract basis.
One of the benefits of working with me is that I don’t require a retainer; I enjoy the challenge and diversity of ad hoc work, alongside my commitment to regular clients contracts, giving you the freedom to utilise my skills when you need them.
Initial commitment from both sides would be 2 hours, and all charges will be agreed before work is undertaken. Hourly rates start from £25 per hour.
Examples of the type of work I can do are shown below.

I allocate space for 5 one hour calls per calendar month with Small Business Owners, in the Fitness & Wellbeing industry or other service industries, to discuss ways to take their businesses forward, offering a sounding board for ideas.
These are the tasks that sit in piles on your desk, including but not exhausting, preparing invoices, email correspondence, digital asset organisation, research, data entry, and more.
Turning your thoughts and ideas into masterpieces, such as blogs, social media, correspondence, websites, and presentations, together with proofreading, transcriptions, marketing campaigns and newsletters to name a few.
Marketing, Sales & Events
All the support you would need to make your event successful. This could include, event planning and running of the event on the day (physical attendance can be discussed), as well as support for your customers, competitor analysis, research into new services that will help you build strong business relationships.
Online Business Manager
I can give you all the support you need to help you run your business when you need an extra pair of hands. I can liaise with staff, contractors and clients on your behalf, assist with contract negotiations, trouble shoot or problem solve for you. I can do all the work remotely and in the background for you, so that you can make the final decisions, while continuing to run other elements of your business. The responsibility remains with the business owner, but the majority of the research, background work and such like can be done for you in the background, freeing up your time.
